4 Things I Have Done During Stay Home / Stay Safe!!

As the world comes together during this tragic epidemic I had come to the conclusion

that my efforts to speed up the process of normalization were obsolete. My focus became on how can I use my time with myself and the family most valuable rather than accelerated.

Here is what I have been doing:


1)Fasting and no food till noon. ( lost 6 pounds )

2) Daily exercise ( yoga, tai chi, shadow boxing, balance, and core stability)

3) Read 2 books ( Nelson Mandela Bio and Robin Sharma' " The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari"

4) Family game night teaching lessons of winning and losing


My days have felt productive, scheduled and proactive seeking improvement in all areas of life.

When I reflect back on my day before sleep I often remind myself that everything is temporary but at least my present moment as accomplished.
