October Tennis Thoughts:

Rishan Kuruppu

Hello Everyone,

I hope your tennis journey is a positive one! As you continue, please take some time to reflect on these thoughts.

1) The only thing holding anyone back from improvement is a bad attitude!!!

2) Changes to your game do not need to be large, small and simple things focused with greater concentration will see improvement sooner.

3) When playing doubles your middle name should become " Consistency "!!

4) Effort is between you and you!!!

5) An experienced player understands that its not creativity that wins matches but rather simplicity that provides the most opportunity for great results.

6) Understanding that doubles matches can be slow and unpredictable is the first step in preparing to set your performance standards.

I hope you found this helpful and would love to hear from you!

Your Best is Yet to Come,

Rishan Kuruppu
